Land cheap. Expand into the workforce.
Nobody buys a full workforce on day one and we do not ask them to. You buy the agent that solves the queue that hurts, and the economics improve as more of the chain is staffed.
Pilot agent
- A single agent module, on the workflow that hurts most.
- Priced on usage. Per decision or per claim processed.
- No subscription fee.
- Sixty to ninety day pilot, cancel any time.
Multi agent bundle
- A base fee plus a module fee per agent.
- Fifteen to twenty five percent below buying the same agents separately.
- Add claims, compliance and intake as the pain surfaces.
- Integrations and governance carry over from the first agent.
Full workforce
- Flat enterprise subscription, unlimited agents.
- Includes a contract buyout credit against early termination fees on legacy point solutions.
- Service level guarantees.
- One contract, one renewal, one relationship.
Figures are set per institution against volume and scope. There is no list price on this page because a number without your volumes attached is not useful to either of us.
We will cover the cost of leaving your point solutions.
The biggest objection to consolidating is not whether the workforce works. It is the eighteen months left on three contracts you already signed.
So when an institution moves onto the full workforce, we contribute a credit toward the early termination fees on the point solutions it replaces, up to an agreed cap. It removes the single most common reason a good decision gets deferred to next year.

The questions that come up
| What if the pilot fails? | You stop. There is no subscription fee in the pilot tier and no minimum term, which is the point of pricing it that way. |
| Why usage pricing first? | Because a per decision price makes the business case arithmetic instead of an argument. You already know what a decision costs you today. |
| Do we pay per agent forever? | No. Once enough of the chain is staffed, the flat subscription is cheaper than the modules, which is deliberate. |
| What is not included? | Your cloud infrastructure costs, and any integration work your own team chooses to keep in house. |
| How long to first decision? | Weeks, not quarters. The shadow run starts before the mandate is signed off, so you are comparing against your own team early. |
Bring your volumes.
We will bring a number.
Decisions per month, current handling cost, and the contracts you are already carrying. That is enough to price it properly.
