LiteCone by industry.
The same AI Workers, the same audit trail, pointed at the decision each institution actually makes. Pick the one you run.
Four industries
Each page sets out the decisions in that sector and the Workers that carry them.
Decision work runs from the submission arriving to the payment leaving, and most of it is reading. New business, claims and compliance staffed by named AI Workers.
The order management system executes and the warehouse stores. Neither writes the note, explains the break, nor answers the consultant’s questionnaire.
The core opens the account and books the loan. The decision in between is still a person reading a file — which is why the indirect channel is won on hours.
Two to fifteen people carrying the credit decisions for the whole institution, with three or more vendors already in the stack. Adding a fourth is not the answer.
The sector changes.
The accountability does not.
| The Worker | A role an insurer or a bank would recognise, holding the case from arrival to decision and carrying the reasoning. |
| The boundary | You set what it may decide on its own. Everything outside it is referred, with the reasoning assembled. |
| The trail | Written at the moment of decision, cited to the policy line it was decided under. |
| The deployment | Single tenant inside your own cloud, your identity provider, your keys. |
