Trust before Zero-Touch claims.
A closed-door roundtable for claims leaders, hosted by AWS and LUMIQ at Singapore FinTech Festival 2026.
Every insurer wants claims that settle themselves. Few will let software settle a claim it cannot explain. This room is for the people who own claims outcomes, to work through what has to be true first: who sets the mandate, which claims stay with a person, and what the examiner sees afterwards.
In every line, the work is done and the claim still waits
A motor claim passes through six desks before anyone pays it. A life claim can take months. None of the individual steps is slow. The waiting between them is, and that is where insurers keep or lose the promise they sold.
30 to 90 days
The average claim cycle. Sequential hand-offs delay every resolution, and 60 to 70 percent of claims carry document inconsistencies that need investigating.
10 to 15 percent
Of claims cost lost to leakage. Around 60 percent of the cost of a claim is still driven by manual adjudication.
Five or more systems
For a claims handler to work a single claim, with data sitting in silos the claim has to cross by hand.
What the room will work through
No product demo and no slides at the table. A moderated conversation between peers, under the Chatham House Rule.
Which claims, in which line, up to what value. Where insurers in the region are drawing the line now, and who is allowed to move it.
Suspected fraud, bodily injury, disputed liability, anything above authority. How the hand-off arrives with the full file, so the adjuster starts at the decision rather than at the inbox.
Decisions cited to your own claims manual, line by line. The same input giving the same answer. An audit trail an examiner can read without an engineer in the room.
Running in shadow against your own adjusters on live volume, setting thresholds by product and channel, and widening or narrowing autonomy on the same day without a release cycle.
For the people who own claims outcomes
Insurers operating in Singapore and across the region, represented by the leaders who own claims outcomes and the people who own parts of the claims journey.
Target industry
Life insurers
Term, whole life and savings books, where a single claim decision is also a moment of truth for the family.
Health insurers
Health insurers, and the health books of life and general insurers.
General insurers
Motor, property and travel, where claims volume and first notice of loss decide the customer experience.
Digital insurers
Digital insurers in all three lines, and takaful operators.
Personas
- Chief Claims Officer, Group Head of Claims
- Head of Claims by line: Life, Health or Medical, Motor, Property and Casualty
- CEO or Country Head of mid-size insurers and takaful operators
- COO, Head of Operations
- Head of Customer Service or Customer Experience, and Head of Contact Centre
- Head of Claims Fraud or SIU
- Chief Medical Officer or Head of Medical Underwriting

The table is kept small so everyone speaks. It is built around insurers handling claims at volume, typically tens of thousands a year across lines, with a claims team of thirty or more. Seats are confirmed by the AWS and LUMIQ teams.
One joint solution from AWS and LUMIQ
ClaimsCone 360 joins AWS claims orchestration with LiteCone’s line-of-business AI Workers. The AI Worker decides the claim inside the mandate you set. AWS Claims Sphere 360 carries it from first notice to closure, alongside the core systems you already run.
An AI Worker that decides
Named AI Workers with line-of-business depth: MILA for motor, ARIS for health, MARC for life. Every decision is cited to your own manual, and you set how much runs on its own.
Claims Sphere 360
An end-to-end claims orchestration accelerator, with specialised agents for intake, assessment, adjudication, settlement and closure. Modular, so it works alongside your core rather than replacing it.
Built on AWS
Runs inside your own AWS account on Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore, Amazon Connect, AWS Step Functions and more. Available to procure through AWS Marketplace.
