Thirteen years. A brighter direction.
Every LUMIQ team in India in the same room for the first time, on the day we launch the next chapter of LUMIQ and LiteCone. With AWS beside us and our customers telling it straight.
Three acts, one day
Illuminate means to light something up. The day does it three times: on the work, on each other, and on the people who earned it.
Live
LUMIQ Reimagine: our journey, the LUMIQ 2.0 belief, and LiteCone as our AI Workforce for FSI. Launched in front of the people who will tell it, with AWS on ten years of partnership and customers on what is actually changing in their industry.
Together
Team building and adventure activities, with teams mixed across every office and function. You will not be with your usual people, which is the entire point.
Nights
Star Performer and Long Service awards, a live band, and a DJ until close. The part of the day where the light turns on people rather than on the work.
Thirteen years, four offices, one morning
This is not a keynote broadcast at an audience. It is the people who build it and the partner who scales it, in one room, with our customers telling it straight from the stage.
Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru
Every India team in one room for the first time. Travel and stay arranged for everyone coming in.
AWS
Ten years of partnership, thirty joint customers and five competencies, plus what is new from AWS for financial services and insurance.
How the day runs
One day, three acts. Timings are confirmed; rooms are on the badge.
Badges, breakfast and the photo wall. Find someone you have only ever met on a call.
The flagship session, and the reason the day exists. Our journey and the LUMIQ 2.0 belief. LiteCone, our AI Workforce for FSI. AWS beside us, and customers telling it straight. What the next chapter asks of each of us.
Mixed tables. Sit with a function you never work with.
Team building across every office and function. You will not be with your usual team. That is the point.
Star Performer and Long Service. The half hour the light turns on people, by name, in front of everyone they work with.
Dinner, a live band, and a DJ until close.
